Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on x111d. Registering, operating or using more than one Account — whether under your own identity or a false identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, x111d reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit all balances (including both real money and bonus funds), and permanently ban the User from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — even if not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified us in writing of unauthorised access at the earliest opportunity. x111d will never request your password via email, chat or telephone.
The base currency of your Account is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as a selectable account currency, conversions to and from other currencies may involve exchange rate adjustments. Always verify the applicable currency rate displayed in the cashier before completing any transaction.
x111d applies Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with its licensing obligations and internal AML/fraud prevention policies. By registering an Account, you consent to undergoing identity and age verification as required by the Operator.

Wagering Requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds (or in some cases the combined bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering Requirement multipliers, eligible games, excluded markets and time limits are all detailed in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the specified period will result in the automatic expiry of the Bonus Funds.

x111d does not claim to be licensed or regulated under the laws of Pakistan, and these Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. Users in Pakistan acknowledge this and accept sole responsibility for compliance with their local laws.
In the event of a dispute, Users should first contact x111d's customer support team at the address in Section 17. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, escalation to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body (as published on the Platform under the Operator's licensing framework) may be available.
x111d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
