Safe Play

Responsible Gambling at x111d

Gambling should be entertaining — nothing more. x111d provides a full suite of player-protection tools, clear guidance on recognising problem gambling, and resources to help you stay in control at all times.

Play Safely, Play Responsibly

At x111d, responsible gambling is not a policy checkbox — it is a core part of how we build and operate the platform. We believe that every player in Pakistan deserves honest information, practical tools, and the confidence that we will act swiftly if things start going wrong.

Whether you are following PSL T20 fixtures from Lahore or watching a live UEFA match from Karachi, the same principle applies: gambling must remain entertainment. The moment it starts to feel like a financial strategy, a way to recover losses, or something you cannot walk away from, it has crossed a line — and x111d's tools are here to help you step back.

This page explains every protection tool available on x111d, how to recognise signs of problem gambling, and where to turn for support. We also enforce a strict 18+ only policy — or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction — with no exceptions.

x111d does not hold a Pakistan gambling license and does not operate from Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is lawful in their location before participating.

Tools to Keep You in Control

Every one of these tools is available directly inside your x111d account settings. They are free to use, take effect quickly, and are designed to give you meaningful control over how you play.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets. You can reduce your limit immediately; increases take effect only after a mandatory cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Loss Limits

Cap the total amount you can lose within a set period. When your net losses reach the defined threshold, betting activity is paused for the remainder of the period. This tool is particularly useful for protecting your bankroll during high-intensity sports events like PSL playoffs or ICC knockout rounds.

Session Time Limits

Define a maximum session length. When your session reaches the set duration, you will receive a notification and — depending on your settings — be automatically logged out. Regular breaks are proven to encourage more considered wagering decisions and help you stay aware of how long you have been playing.

Reality Checks

Enable periodic in-session pop-up reminders that show your current session duration, net wins or losses, and the time of day. Reality checks interrupt automatic play patterns and give you a moment to consciously decide whether to continue, take a break, or stop for the day.

Self-Exclusion

Request a temporary exclusion (from 24 hours up to 12 months) or a permanent exclusion from x111d. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed until the period expires — for temporary exclusions — or at all for permanent exclusions. This is the strongest tool available and we strongly encourage its use if you feel gambling is becoming a problem.

Cooling-Off Period

Take a short break without fully self-excluding. A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your ability to deposit or place bets for a period you choose — typically between 1 and 30 days. Your account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes. This option is ideal when you want a pause without permanent closure.

To access any of these tools, log into your x111d account and navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gambling. If you have difficulty locating these controls, contact support at [email protected] and the team will assist you promptly.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling does not always look the way people expect. It rarely starts with dramatic losses or obvious distress. More often it develops gradually — a slightly bigger deposit after a bad run, staying up later to "get back to even", feeling irritable when you are not gambling.

Recognising these early signs in yourself — or in someone you know — is one of the most important steps towards getting things back under control. The list on the right covers common warning signs. If several of these apply to your situation, we strongly encourage you to use x111d's self-exclusion tool and seek professional support.

There is no shame in reaching out. Gambling problems affect people across Pakistan — from Karachi to Peshawar — and professional support is available in English and other languages.

Gambling Is Not a Way to Earn Money

All gambling — whether sports betting on Pakistan cricket or live casino games — carries a built-in house edge. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Never chase losses. The odds are never in your favour over the long run.

  • Spending more than you planned, or depositing beyond your comfortable financial means — including using family funds, savings, or salary before expenses are covered.
  • Chasing losses — continuing to bet in order to win back money you have already lost, often increasing stake sizes in the process.
  • Spending more time gambling than you intended, consistently losing track of time during sessions, or gambling at unusual hours to avoid awareness from family members.
  • Withdrawing from friends, family or social obligations — missing plans, becoming secretive about finances, or lying about the amount of time or money spent gambling.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable or restless when you are not gambling, or using gambling as a way to escape stress, emotional difficulty or personal problems.
  • Borrowing money, taking out loans, or selling personal belongings to fund gambling activity.
  • Making repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut down, control or stop gambling, despite a genuine desire to do so.
  • Needing to gamble with progressively larger amounts to achieve the same level of excitement or satisfaction.

Quick Self-Check

The following questions are adapted from widely used responsible gambling self-assessment tools. They are for personal reflection only — not a clinical diagnosis. If you answer "Yes" to three or more, consider using x111d's self-exclusion tool and contacting a support service.

1 Have you ever felt the need to bet with larger amounts of money in order to get the same feeling of excitement?
2 Have you ever had to lie to people important to you about how much you gamble or how much you have lost?
3 Have you ever borrowed money or sold something in order to finance gambling?
4 Have you ever felt restless or irritable when trying to cut down or stop gambling?
5 Have you ever returned to gambling the next day after losing money, in order to win it back?
6 Has gambling caused you to miss work, studies or important family obligations in the past year?
7 Have you ever gambled as a way to escape from problems or relieve feelings of helplessness, guilt, anxiety or depression?
8 Do you find it difficult to stop gambling once you have started, even when you intended to play for only a short time?
If you answered "Yes" to three or more questions: Please consider activating x111d's self-exclusion feature immediately and reaching out to a professional support resource. Early intervention makes a meaningful difference.

Adults Only

x111d is strictly for players aged 18 or over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. No exceptions.

Protecting Young People

Underage gambling is a serious harm. x111d applies age verification to every account before a withdrawal is processed, and we reserve the right to verify age at any point during the account lifecycle — including during the initial registration process.

All accounts are required to submit a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or Pakistan passport — both of which carry a date of birth — as part of the standard KYC process. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and all funds frozen pending resolution.

Tips for Parents and Guardians

  • Keep your x111d account credentials private and never share your username or password with minors.
  • Use device-level parental controls and PIN protection on shared mobile phones or computers to prevent unauthorised access.
  • Consider using content filtering tools or parental control software to block access to gambling sites on family devices.
  • If you believe a minor has accessed or registered an account on x111d, contact us immediately at [email protected] for immediate investigation and account closure.
18+ Only. Adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Being 18+ does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Local laws may restrict gambling.
